Today we're announcing that after nearly nine years of helping businesses start and build online presences with the use of our hand crafted websites and web applications we will be ending formal operations on December 31, 2016
We're proud of what we've been able to accomplish for all of our clients and are inspired by the discovery that came from it.
While it's sad to say goodbye to we're excited about what the future holds for all our clients and partners.

Q: What will happen to my website?
A: While we're not able to support changes to your website after December 31, 2016 we want to provide ample time for you select a new website vendor. Non-client hosted websites will be kept live free of charge until December 31, 2017. If your websites is not hosted with Brooks Digital / Ink Web Group then your website will not be affected.Q: What happens to my email accounts through Brooks Digital / Ink Web Group?
A: While most clients have their own email solutions with other vendors some clients have email through us. This email will be kept online free of charge until December 31, 2017.Q: What if I have additional services/ add-on services through Brooks Digital / Ink Web Group like SEO, Social Media Management, ad-hoc design / development, etc.?
A: Add-on services will not be offered after December 31, 2016.Q: Can I get a copy of my websites production files for use with another website host?
A: In most cases we are able to provide website files that can be hosted with another vendor. Contact Greg Brooks at email@example.comQ: What if my domains are registered with Brooks Digital / Ink Web Group?
A: At your request domains can be transferred to you for use with your new website vendor. Contact Greg Brooks at firstname.lastname@example.orgQ: What about billing?
A: In preparation of this announcement we turned off billing in November of 2016 this means that we haven't billed clients since October 2016 and will not bill clients again.
